Cancellation Policy

  •  To ensure the smooth running of our clinic we operate the following policy regarding the cancellation of appointments:
    • For appointments a minimum of 24 hours notice of changes or cancellation is required, or before 5pm on Friday for a Monday appointment
    • Changes or cancellations occurring with less notice will be charged at 100% of the scheduled appointment fee
